Most milestone sessions come in as a first birthday and cake smash, and that's still where most families start. But this is also where East & Elm photographs the other markers worth stopping for: a second birthday, a new sibling joining the family, the first day of school, or any stage you don't want to let pass by without a photo of it. Every milestone session includes a design consultation and access to the Client Closet, so the details are already handled before you walk in.

Not every family wants a membership, and that's alright. A single milestone session works for a first birthday and cake smash, a second birthday, or any other stage you want documented on its own terms. You still get the full East & Elm experience, a design consultation, Client Closet styling, and a reveal and design session, with no commitment beyond that one session.

The Milestone Membership
For the family that wants the whole first year, not just one chapter of it. The Milestone Membership follows baby from before they arrive through their first birthday, so nothing in between gets missed, the newborn stage, the sitting up, the first steps, the moments that happen so fast you'd otherwise blink and miss them. The membership includes four sessions:

Six Month
One Year (cake smash included)
By the time the one-year session comes around, East & Elm already knows your family, which means session day is easier every single time, not just the first. Every session in the membership includes the full experience, design consultation, Client Closet styling, and a reveal and design session, so baby's first year is documented with the same care from start to finish.

Yes. A single milestone session, including cake smash, is available on its own with no commitment to the other three sessions.

The membership includes all four sessions, maternity through age one, at one combined investment. Booking sessions individually as they come up is also an option, just at standalone pricing for each.

Yes. East & Elm photographs milestones outside the first year timeline too, including additional birthdays, starting school, and other family moments worth documenting.

Ideally during pregnancy, so your newborn session can be scheduled within the first two weeks and every session after it is already on the calendar. If baby is already here, it's not too late to start.

You'll return to the studio 1 to 2 weeks later for your reveal and design session, where you'll choose favorites and design your artwork together.
