The Full-Service Experience

  1. Inquire. Send us a note about the session you're picturing.

  2. Quick call. We'll schedule a short call to talk through your vision.

  3. Design consultation, in-studio. Visit the Client Closet, plan outfits, choose props and details, and get a first look at products before your session.

  4. Session day. Every detail is already planned, so session day just happens, easily.

  5. Reveal & design session. Return to the studio 1 to 2 weeks later to view your lightly edited gallery, choose favorites, and design your artwork together.

  6. Delivery. Favorites are fully edited, artwork is ordered, and digital files are delivered.

  7. Artwork arrives. Pick up in-studio, have it hand-delivered, or arrange to have it hung in your home.

  • Every session includes access to the Client Closet during your design consultation, so outfits, coordinating colors, and props are chosen together, in-studio. I do not provide men's clothes. The client closet is a baseline, but clients may need to add some pieces depending on their family. I will help with coordination and guidance on family outfits.

  • Family and branding sessions typically book several weeks out. Newborn sessions are scheduled around your due date, ideally during pregnancy, so a spot can be held for the first two weeks after baby arrives.

  • Most Sessions are held at East & Elm portrait studio, and families travel in from Pittsford, Penfield, Brighton, Perinton, Victor, Mendon, Canandaigua, Henrietta, Webster, Irondequoit, Greece, Gates, Chili, Spencerport, and other Rochester, NY suburbs. Please inquire if you are interested in a session outside of Fairport.

  • You'll return to the studio 1 to 2 weeks later for your reveal and design session, where you'll choose favorites and design your artwork together.
