Do I get all the digitals you take?

Your session fee includes 3 digital images, and upgrades are available if you would like to purchase more.

How do I pick my images?

There is no gallery link to comb through on your own. We look at your images together, right after your session, and you will leave with your favorites and your cards already chosen.

Is 20 minutes long enough?

Yes. The set is styled and ready before you arrive, so there is no setup time eating into your session, and we build in room afterward to sit down and design your cards together without feeling rushed.

Do you offer multiple Christmas card designs?

We do. You will have a full range of options to choose from at your reveal, so your cards feel fresh even if you book with us year after year.

Do I have to choose an upgrade now?

No. What is included in your session fee may be exactly what you need. Upgrades are only decided once you are in the studio choosing your images.

Can I purchase more images later?

Only the images purchased at your reveal are backed up and stored. If more than one person is weighing in on final picks, it helps to have everyone in the loop before your session, since only your chosen favorites are saved.

What if I need to reschedule?

With six weeks of availability to choose from, most families are able to find another date that works. Reach out as soon as you know and we will find you a new spot on the calendar.

For four weeks every fall, East & Elm Portrait Studio becomes a set built entirely in Holiday cheer. Flocked trees, and a beautiful backdrop ready to welcome you and your family for the picture perfect holiday card.

Sessions are held right here in the studio in Fairport, so there is no venue to track down and no weather to plan around. Walk in, and Christmas is already waiting for you.

This was never meant to be ten minutes with another family already waiting in the hallway. Pick any date between October 24 and November 21 that works for your family, not one Saturday everyone is racing to book.

Your 20 minutes on set is just the beginning. As soon as we finish shooting, we sit down together right here in the studio, look through your gallery, and choose your favorite images and pick out your cards before you ever leave. Let us take care of the work, so you can enjoy the Holiday season doing what you love most.

Your Christmas cards are custom, with a full range of designs to choose from at your reveal. Every order includes envelopes and complimentary return address printing.

They will be in your hands with plenty of time to mail before Christmas, no chasing a shipping deadline in the final week of December.
